Found out I had severe gluten intolerance a few years ago, and as soon as I got on the gluten free diet I gain 20 lbs in a month and a half... then slowly gained more weight until I was 130. For someone who is only 5 feet- this is not good!
Now I focus on eating less processed foods and getting regular exercise. I love, love, love jogging, Pilates, and my daily breakfast of a banana, chocolate & peanut butter smoothie. I am also really lazy when it comes to cooking so rice, potatoes, fruits and veggies are my staples.
