I am 49 years old and dreading the big 50 in March. I need to lose 20 lbs and I wanted to have the weigh off and be eating healther by my Birthday.I use Weight Watchers as a weigh loss tool a few years ago and lost 12lbs. I went back to my old habits and put the 12 lbs back on and more.I know Weight Watchers can work I just have to make the first step. I use food for comfort and that I have to work on. I am a single Mom of a 13 yr old Autist daughter. I divorced my husband of 25 years when I was 40, I went back to school and got my degree in Psychology and now I work in the Mental Health field. Sometimes I feel as though someone needs to be working with me LOL
