this is my own challenge-- how much weight can I lose before jan 1 2009!!
start date sept 1 that means going on the atkins diet following it exactly no slip ups.. take my vitamins a exercise 7 days a week at least one hour a day. and write everything down!!

if i lose 100 pds with atkins..im switching to weight watchers i think they have a better variety of food.. just a thought!
