Hi Everyone!
I'm a 25 year old married lady living in NY.
I'm trying to lose about 80 lbs.
I have managed to lose it before but not happy with how i did it and the weight only came back.
This time I'm packing on the raw veggies and trying with the fruit (I'm not much of a fruit person)and starting off with consistent but short exercise routines like walking everyday for 30 minutes and then 2 days of the week at the gym.
I hope to increase it as i go without losing interest.
To me the hardest thing is to start and keep it up to a point where I actually begin to miss the exercise ya know?
