I'm a 23 year old PA who lives in Sydney, Australia. I used to work in a gym and have put on 12kg since starting full time PA work in August last year. I think it's because of the fact I am now sitting down all day instead of training people... well, that and the fact we get given cookies twice a day and have cake day on the last working day of each month!
My plan is to lose that weight by Easter so I can wear the same winter clothes as I did last year (and not have to buy a whole new wardrobe!!). I want to lose it gradually and healthily so it stays off :)
The main emphasis is to get daily exercise, cut down on the drinking (again work provides free drinks every two weeks!)and stop eating bad food just because its there...
