I started my youth a very fit and slim young man. I enjoyed excersise, including judo, mountain biking and weight training. Even when i went to university i swam 3-4 times a week and played squash once a weekwith my flat mates.
Then i graduated and started my career as a civil engineer. To my surprise i very quickly became career driven, advancing through a fast track management programme and finding myself responsible for multi million pound schemes with a hoard of people working for me. Cue 60 to 70 hour weeks sat at a desk and one day i realised id got fat - really fat!
I've now git two little boys, Fletcher 2 and Marcus 2months and my wife worries i wont be around for as long as i should be! So its high time i got up off my backside and sorted myself out. I want to say goodby to 5.5st before i hit my 30th birthday in just under a year.
