My Diet is a intermittent fasting diet plan witch involves 17 too 19 hours no foods.

@ night I stop eating by 7pm and will not eat again for the time's mentioned above so that means lunch is around 12pm to 2pm and then 5pm till 7pm for tea.

When I started I was around 220Kg in 11 months I have lost 46Kg Health checks are awesome sugars are right down between 5 n 6, hart rate is down from 109bpm to 77bpm.

@ 160Kg I will be joining a gym My end goal is 80Kg.
