I am 46 and have four children. Last year I moved to the cities and began a new job. My kids live with their Dad and I spend alot of weekends commuting to be with them. I have gained some weight through the stress of these changes and have decided now is the time to do something about it.
My goal is to eat a balanced diet, exercise and increase my stamina. I am an energetic person and want my body to reflect that as well!
