I am 26 years old and have not been happy with the way I look for at least 10 years. In high school I was skinnier but there were still things I did not like, now I have put on about 60lbs since then and would really like to take most of it off. I am getting married in the spring, and my dress is going to be custom made and I need to be at the size I want it at by April.

Body Fat =34% right now. I would really like to get that down.
