Hi my name is Judi. I am going to be 56 in May and I have done WW and Atkins in the past. Both worked great for me. I chose to go with Atkins this time because I do feel I have a carb intolerance issue. That being said I also know that this will become a WOE for me forever. I was starting to experience some health issues like rising blood sugars and joint problems that I know are coming from the added weight. So on February 12th I made a decision that I needed to change my habits and start eating to improve my health not continue eating for self gratification.
I am 4+ weeks into eating better and I have lost 5% of my body weight. I am taking baby steps to a healthier me.
