I'm a 30-year-old college student from northern Europe. I'm in a happy relationship with no kids. I love writing, reading and learning, working volunteer, social networking, having long walks with music, bad cooking (haha) and doing small art and craft projects.
I've been struggling with my weight since my teen years, first with anorexia, then with binge eating and recently just eating healthy and maintaining my goal weight. The last time I lost 24 kgs (53 lbs) was two years ago, but I've gained all back since. Now my plan is to lose 20 kgs slowly and get all help I need to learn how to eat to maintain my goal weight.
