I am 34 and on a mission to lose between 30 to 40 pounds! I am currently at the heaviest weight of my life. =( I've tried in the past to take the pounds off by exercising, however I never watched what I put in my mouth so never made any progress. I think I tend to quit around the 5-6 week mark...
So going to try the following... Keep to 1500 calories a day, and work out with a personal trainer 3 times a week for 3 months. I feel blessed to even have the opportunity to use a personal trainer (thanks to my wonderful hubby), so going to work as hard as I can to get every benefit possible!
