62 year young woman with 60 lbs to lose at least! 2 Years ago diagnosed with Arthritis in my Hip, Quit Smoking 4 years ago, take anti inflamatory meds which I just learned cause weight gain. I have gained 50 lbs in 2 years. Last Successful weight loss was with Atkins. I have done Weight Watchers years ago. Both times I lost 30 lbs fairly easily but know that this time will be tougher as there is more to lose! I now have BELLY FAT which I did not when I was younger and over weight!
