I'm 44 (almost 45) and I've been on WW before with really good results. I quit smoking over a year ago and gained back all my weight...and some. I'm commited to getting it off...now, and forever. I do yoga almost every day now...I knit (I know that doesn't really count for activity points)...and I walk my dog daily. I'm not only looking to lose my weight but, additionally, create a new body for myself. I'm making a guess on my weight since I haven't weighed myself in a while. So, if my numbers go up initially, that's the reason. I'll weigh myself tomorrow and the truth will come out.
