I am a proud stay at home mom of 2 wonderful boys 4 and 1. We live in Missouri. I am working hard to get all my baby weight off. In the past I have a hard time getting my workouts and eating properly at the same time. I was working out at the gym about 3-4 times a week but it didn't seem to work. I have been workout at home these days and I like it better, there are no time restictions to deal with. My husband and I are doing this program together and I think it helps to have someone going through the same thing. I hope to teach my boys how to eat right and exercise in hopes that they will not have to deal with the problems that Adam and I have.
