I started my weight loss journey roughly over a year ago, weighting my heavest at 260lbs. This past spring I reach my low at 209lbs, however summer has been a struggle and have slowly reached 225lbs. I enjoy doing Zumba 2 days a week and also realized I have this love for piyo!9who would have thought) I am determined to eat better and live a heathly lifestyle. I try to motivate myself, however that is the department I am lacking. Trying to fit in a workout or eat better is sometimes a challenge, but I am making a promise to myself that this will happen. Hoping to find groups, and people to support and to support me on this journey!
