After having my son I tried the Fast smash diet and surprisingly it worked I went from 156 pounds to 140 however I have been fluctuating ever since but most of it has been my fault for not staying on track with the diet. After celebrating my son’s 3 birthdays this past weekend I realized as I was looking at the pictures taken that I have started to pack on the pounds again. I was very disappointed with what I saw. So here I ‘am again starting the Fast Smash diet with all the rest of you. I look forward in hearing your inspirational stories as well as your receipts, and all the good advice that everyone has to offer. This time my goal weight is 125.
