I'm a 24 year old grad student, married with no kids (yet). I'm just looking to look a little better, and feel a little more comfortable in my bathing suits this summer. I've never really had to sacrifice to maintain weight (yay for being 24), so it's not too hard for me to lose weight if I just try a little. For most of my adult life, I've stayed comfortably at a healthy and thin, but not "bathing suit hot" size 8 (140-155 lbs) at 5'8''. This is my plan for being a hot little wifey this summer:
1. I eat what I want to, but try to keep my calories below 1600
2. train for a 5K (April 25th!)
3. write down everything I eat for at least one month
And that's pretty much it. So here we go...16 more lbs to a bikini body!
If there are any girls out there with a similar goal, let's help each other out!
