My biggest weakness is that I don't want to waste food. If I can stick to a good diet, I would probably lose a lot of weight. I need to lose just 5 lbs this month.
Goals
Nov 15: Lose 5 lbs
Nov 30: Lose another 5 lbs
Dec 15: Reach goal weight of 139 lbs then eat a bundt cake that Amanda will bake for me.
Changes that will need to be made
Workout at least an hr a day
Eat more veggies/fruits than meat and rice
