Have struggled with my weight for a long time . . since school. I have never been massive but I have also never been very happy in myself.
I tipped the scales at 15 stone two years ago and a photo at a friends birthday tipped me over the edge. Since then I managed to lose three stone with Scottish Slimmers. Scottish slimmers then closed down in my area and I put more than a stone back on. I would like to get down to 11 stone but I am taking every half stone as a milestone.
I have tried almost every trick in the book - green tea, a teaspoon of honey before bed, aloe vera juice, chilli and garlic with alot of my food! Raspberry Ketone (didn't work).
I have had a pretty traumatic year. Lost my dad in July. I lived with him and did pretty much everything for him so it has been quite hard to get used to life without him. Boredom at nights has led me to snacking on rubbish food.
Currently I am following the Diet chef plan. All my food gets delivered to me and I have found this is good for me as the food is there so I tend not to buy rubbish . . until my boyfriend comes to stay at the weekend then it is all down hill! I seem to be reigning it back in and feel like I am slightly back on track.
