I come from an overweight italian family.
I am barely 5'1" and have struggled with the extra 20 lbs "forever". I have gotten very close at times to the "clinical healthy range" but then had babies. So here I am getting ready to turn 36 and feeling a little anxious about it. I am caught in a place where I am so over stressing about it YET I know I will feel so much better once its shed!
So that said.......I am not too motivated to do one particular diet. I know I love fish and can do without red meat, I love beans and grainy breads and veggies. So I can only "watch" right now until I figure out the best plan. MY GOAL is to kick my butt into gear with some intense excersice. THAT I know is the best motivator for myself. It really helps those seratonin levels too :o)
