Am active at work seeing as I bartend/wait tables. I work generally 7 - 8 shifts a week and am always on my feet at work. The reason I am so overweight is not because of inactivity and OVEREATING, but rather UNDEREATING. Before I started this diet I would eat one time a day at max and it would be severely unhealthy.
