Hello, I'm Mina Von Dhoom.
I started this journey to a healthier lifestyle back in October. I started at 240. I dropped 20 pounds right away by not drinking soda anymore, and limiting my fast food intake.
I hit a plateau and couldn't do anything to get the weight off, and then had some health problems.
I'm doing much better now though, and intend to make it to the gym at least 2x a week.
I'm eating healthier too. I can do this!
