I am a mother of three. I have a daughter 21, a son 16 and a son 4. I will be turning 40 on January 25th, 2007. I have been happily married for 8 years. I work a full time job in retail. I have a good life but find myself being stressed quite a bit. I do try to go to the gym and end up going for many days straight.. then stop and don't go back for many days. I have struggled with my weight since I was 12. I have tried the fat flush before and it was very successful. I have let this last Holiday get to me stress wise and eating wise with not nearly enough exercise to counter act it. I am hopeful 2007 will have weight loss success and I will find the work out routine I desire.
