Not overly concerned about my weight, I have no desire to be caught up in numbers the magical scale shows me. However, I would like to be healthier.
I'm an art student currently, so getting out and exercising is an issue. I'm a starch junky and this Atkins diet seemed to be one of the better ones to join my mum on. It also said it helped PCOS which I may or may not have, but it's better to be healthy and weary than unhealthy and sick.
I like to help and support my mum when I can, and a diet never hurt anyone. At least not anyone with common sense and a half a brain.
Here's a good trick!
If you're feeling like snacking buy snack foods that take some time to get at! like shelled sunflower seeds! Takes a while to get the buggers out of your mouth, and slobbery fingers is a pain, so you tend to eat less ;)
