I have finally reached my point of no return. I have an amazing daughter that deserves to have a healthy and happy mom. I am not healthy and need to make a serious change. I am hoping that the community here can support me in this journey of changing my life around for the better.
In college I was an active athlete and had fitness and diet built into my everyday. After college it has been a gradual fall off from that routine. I'm hoping to lose at least 50 lbs with my first goal of being 10lbs and keeping it off. I want this to be a lifestyle change, not another part of some yo yo diet.
I would love to give keto a try, and have been doing some research. Any support and tips will be greatly appreciated.
