After losing aprox. 100 lbs. I gained 100 back after the death of my father in 2007. Since then I have been struggling to lose weight, and keep it off. I eat emotionally, and simply becuase it feels and tastes good. When nothing else can satisfy me, food can. I am looking to burn more than I take in, and stop my trigger moods (boredom, depression, and stress) which trigger my binge eating habbits.
