I'm in my early thirties. I lost nearly 40 pounds on WW in 2003, and reached my goal weight. Then I had a baby in mid-2005, gaining a bit more weight than I should have! I've been having a hard time committing to the diet again. I do well, I lose a few pounds, and then I relax and taper off and before I know it, I'm drinking too much wine and eating pizza freely. Anyway, I'm feeling focused again, and plan to take it all the way this time!!
