Below was posted a looooong time ago. Now I've hit my new highest, 155lbs, and it's time to get back down. I hit 115lbs back then, but that was a little thin on the ribs in my opinion. This time I'm going for between 115lbs and 120lbs, then I plan on bulking up muscle wise (not She-Hulk or anything, just a nice all-around tone). I'm calorie counting at 1000kcal daily right now, considering fasting... I've read a lot of good stuff about that, just not sure if I have the willpower (I might commit murder without breakfast, ha!). Hopefully yoga on a daily basis and running regularly will get me down to where I want to be before next summer. I'd like to lose roughly 2lbs a week, but that takes a BIG deficit of -7000kcal to happen. We'll see!


(Well I recently got into a new home where the eating is a lot healthier, if you know what I mean. So I've already dropped about twenty, but as of today, I realized that for my height and age, I should be around 110lbs, yet here I am closer to 130lbs. I'm not going for anorexic or anything like that, but dropping about 15 more pounds would be an improvement.)
