I'm trying to get my weight down. I want to be the person I see in my mind, and how I look now is not that. Calorie counting and fasting are the only things that work for me in the past.
I go through waves of actually trying and then nothing. Hopefully, the calorie counting resources here will help me reach my goal of 175.
I have PCOS and would love to find other PCOS or endocrine affected body types to cheer along with as we get healthy.
