I live in Ottawa, Canada. I will be 47 in October, have 2 teenaged kids (girl 18 and boy 15). Will be celebrating my 5th wedding anniversay on August 24Th. Better 2nd time around they say!! I was hoping to me down 15 lbs by then, but i dont think it is going to happen! But I have decided that it doesn't matter, as long as i am taking care of me!!
