I'm 65, battled weight my entire life. I lose it, I gain it, I'm bad about maintenance. But my knees are hurting, my back is killing me, when I get up I just feel heavy.
So I'm back at FS for a third time. I was down 23 pounds and actually dropped two more while I was eating regularly. Stress probably, relationship didn't work out, just stuff.
So I'm coming back starting where I am now and using only my scales so I can keep track honestly. I love that almost all my docs' scales show me weighing less. But to keep it real, only my scales.
I'm kind of having to figure a few things out again. One of those things is how on earth do I get my carbs so jacked up like this? And someone said I should stay at 20 or under. What am I doing wrong?
What I love about FS is the support from others and I hope I can be as supportive as the support I get.
