My name is Katie! I'm a 24 year old full time college student and I also work full time. It's hard for me to fit in exercise and eating right when I feel like I always like I'm doing my days at a million miles an hour! I was in the Military for 4 years. While I was in the Military I was definitely in better shape and about 40 lbs lighter. I'm ready to be back at that weight...I felt comfortable in my own skin when I was at 140.
