A little about me... hmm... im 25 years old, married but no kids, and here because i want to loose weight! My diet plan has been to keep my daily calorie intake 1200 calories or less (thank you calorie counter for being the shizznit). And So far the weight has just melted off. Since i don't have to much time to go running or heavy work out this diet is perfect for me since i do most of my work out at work.
