Hello Everyone! I'm an almost 59 year old mother of 2 wonderful boys & wife of a great hubby! I have high cholesterol & trying to get it under control through healthy eating, no meds. My motivation is frustration since I really don't eat bad, especially through the week & I treadmill at least five days a week. However, I do allow myself to enjoy weekend dinners & I do like my wine! I am hoping by tracking everything that goes in my mouth, I can not only lower my cholesterol, but lose 10-15 lbs!
