I have been on Weight Watchers since January 07. I am trying to get down to 135 or better. Since January I have lost 30 lbs. It wasn't easy. I hated to exercise but now realize that I have to exercise to see any results. It is not all just diet.
I enjoy most all foods and am looking for a healthy alternative. So far the Skinny Cow Ice Cream Bars have my attention. But just one and as a treat.
I do water aerobics and will continue through the summer. Come September I want to get into dance classes. It will be to cold to swim then.
I appreciate any ideas or suggestions.
