Hello all!!
Well a little about me is that I currently weigh 196lbs and I stand at 5'6. Though I have heard that I carry it well, I still hate carrying it..lol
I am a NYC police officer and need to be in great physical shape for my own safety. I have had great success in the past with working out but lately have found myself pigging out and eating greasy fat filled foods because in my line of work there really isn't time to eat healthy on the road. I am ready today 1/23/07 to change all that and make my eating habits a priority. I hope to lose 36lbs I would like to be at 160. 160 is still high but with my body frame it will look thin, about a size 8 or so. I am latin of "dominican descent" so I do not want to lose too much weight, I LOVE MY CURVES AS WELL!!!
I will update as I go..right now my goal is 9 days of detox....HERE WE GO!!!
