Because of health reasons my activity level went to zero, other than work. I am in so much pain from work that it takes me days to recover, working 1-2 days a week. And I was a very active person, but a couple of years ago that changed and I have put on a lot of weight. Now I need knee surgery, along with some other health issues. And I need to get weight off to do knee surgery. Plus I am tired of the weight. It has made things worse.
