I am a 25 year old Traffic Control Room Operator. I work shift work, spending 12 hours sitting in front off a computer at a time. I am 194cm talls and a larger build but ever since I can remember i have been overweight and it seems to have only gotten worse. I have started many diets and never gone on to continue. I have always put the weight back on plus more. I have currently tipped the scales at 150kg and started to find my joints (knees and ankles) are struggling day to day life. It is about time i did soemthing and lost all this excess fat from my body. I know i can start it well but hope that i can go all the way this time and get under 100kg's. What is different this time is that i have made it so public to my family and friends that i have the support of so many people to help me on my way. My weaknesses are lollies and Hot Chips, but I have never had an issue with eating Fruit and Veg.
