Now that I am approaching 50, I am finally concerned about my health. I tried running a few years ago and it seemed I had too much weight. I got strong, but my body took a pounding. I didn't adjust my eating habits and my weight didn't go down as much as I thought it would be then. I then realized I am not doing enough exercise. So I think I have to do more of concerted effort of walking, I just had two knee surgeries, and weight lifting...especially sit ups. Wish me luck!
