Well where to start? Like many people I am no stranger to weight loss, and I am no stranger to weight loss success. In 2000 after my first daughter was born I lost 80lbs using a software called DietPower (a calorie counting software)with lots and lots of walking and water. Well anyway long story short after Gall Bladder surgery, a miscarriage, 3 or 4 moves and a baby, I gained it all back plus about 10 more.
I'm older and a lot wiser now, and now is as good a time as any to get back on "the path". I have way more self respect then I did 10 years ago, and I will not poo poo on myself for old habits of the past. I'm here to take care of myself now. So I am grateful to use this free site to aid me in my quest to free my body of 60+ lbs!
Update October 2010: Not sure if I should restart my diet. My heart is not set on a 145 goal weight, I am starting to think that 155-160 may be more ideal. I will give myself to the new year to decide.
