First timer on a site like this. I am a 13 year yo-yo dieter on the verge of turning 40! I don't want to go into another decade battling these old demons. I never had a weight problem until after the birth of my son 13 YEARS ago. Much changed about my life after that event. I have never been below 157 in that time. I would like to be very near my goal weight of 140 on my birthday in February. More then 30 minutes of exercise a day will be a challenge. I enjoy all crafts and have just begun knitting and crocheting again.
