Hello,
I have been on diet before, but they have not worked. I am hoping by signing up to this site and getting some coworker's involved it will keep me motivated. I hope to lose 25-30 pounds. I will turned 40 last year and want to look as young as I feel.
My main focus for doing this is to get me cholesterol down, and have a more healthy life style. I also plan to run a half marathon sometime this 2009.
