51 years old. I'm an RN no longer in hospital nursing. I'm a former inline skater and racquetball player, and did not have to worry about what I ate. Then I left nursing (and the 5 miles a day I had to walk to do my job) and took a sit-down job. 40 pounds later, here I am. If it weren't for my little Brittany Spaniel, I'm sure it would be 80 pounds!
I did WW for about 9 months and did well (lost 18 pounds). I stopped going and gained 8 of it back.
Then I saw the JUDDD diet, and I actually got excited. I believe that this will work as a lifetime eating pattern. If anybody is interested, contact me!
