I found out about this website when I was at the gym and thought it would be interesting to look at. When I jumped on I saw that it was a real weight tracker. I thought this was fantastic. I am in the middle of my weight loss diet. My goal is to lose about 120 pounds by next summer. This past summer I got engaged to the love of my life and knew that change had to be made. See from when I was about 10 years old I started gaining weight. I kept that up through high school and in college. During those times I would go on diets that werent good or I just never stuck to. Until I realized that I really needed to make a change so I decided in the year '07 that I would. I started of real good. Got a gym membership and was really losing weight. Until I hit a plateau! So I gave up and gain the weight back. I never gained more than when I started before which I was happy about but I knew that if I wanted to get married I wanted to look my best! So I decided to start up again and start my diet. I started the watching the Biggest Loser and became an instant fan of the show. I saw how they would eat and excerise and they would lose weight. I knew I wasn't able to workout for 6 hours but I could start a real workout. I started eating better and even bought the cookbook (which has some really great recipes). So now I am going to be on this journey as long as it takes me and I will lose the weight. Not just for the wedding but I owe it to myself to be around longer and to be healthy!
