I've recently moved to a job position which requires a lot less motion than what i was use too, as a result i'm noticing a few changes and how it's affecting me and my activities. I'm into mountain biking, rock climbing, roller blading, swimming, atv/dirt bike trail rides, horseback riding, volley ball to name a few. I recently started practicing ice skating to join an adult hockey league for now but i will be looking to try out a few other leagues. I've always been in avg. shape all my life and I've enjoyed it so here i am shooting for a healthier diet.
