Peri menopause really sucks for weight loss 😡
83.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, I keep thinking that if I didn’t cut my calories and carbs now, I’d probably be gaining faster than normal. Getting old sucks 😂😂😂😂
