I think the last little bit is hard to loose. I stayed the same after 11 days. I am hoping I will have a big drop soon. You work out alot so you will drop it soon too. I hate to get stuck at a weight but we really should not focus on the scale and focus more on how we are feeling and looking. I bet you are looking great with all that work out you do. So maybe next weigh in but you have done great keep it up and you will be at your goal weight before you know it. Good luck
