Superbowl sunday and the giants won. I did considerably well going out to the bar to watch the game. I could of eaten better but i was sure to count points all day. And it all worked out. Had a nice day today and i wasn't overcome about counting everything i ate, i kinda just knew what everything was and how it was going to cost me. I see veggies in my future for tomorrow along with an extra half hour of working out.
