Well I took the day off, Superbowl and all. Didn't do too bad, except the beer, but even then I only had three. Ate lots of veggies and then turkey nachos (I made myself with all fresh ingredients, except the cheese and chips) By the way, what a game, Go giants. I am not counting calories tonight, but am going to start Phase I beginning tomorrow morning. I know with all the support from you guys I can do it. My goal is to at stay solid on Phase I for the rest of the month (except I need 1 cup of coffee in the mornings). I know I can do it.
